What to expect on a service call
Tell us what's wrong — a photo helps. We'll arrange a visit, diagnose the problem on site and explain what's needed before we do the work. Many common issues, such as a failed power supply or a few dark LED modules, can often be fixed in a single visit; parts that must be fabricated, like a new face, are measured on the first visit and installed once they're ready.

Upgrading an older sign
If your sign still uses fluorescent tubes or neon, an LED upgrade is often the best repair you can make. LEDs light the face more evenly, use far less electricity, run cooler and last much longer, which means fewer service calls. Upgrades can usually be done inside your existing cabinet or letters, so you keep the sign you have and simply make it brighter and cheaper to run. Add a timer or photocell at the same time and your sign will switch itself on at dusk and off when you choose.
